Biography

Xavier Laurent is a French actor, born in Aix-en-Provence. In 1994, he began studying Economics at the Universite de la Mediterranee (Aix-Marseille II). In 1996, he was selected to go to Montreal, Quebec, in order to study at the McGill University. There, he signed up to the Otto Hans Jensen school of acting and his first stage experience was a revelation to him. He therefore decided to stop his economic studies to become an actor and entered the renowned Cours Florent in Paris. During his years at Cours Florent, he also started his professional career in the plays De Gaulle, the man who said no and Jesus, the rebirth directed by Robert Hossein. He also made an appearance in an episode of Ab fab shot in Paris. Xavier continued to train for acting in the Jack Waltzer workshop, member of the Actors Studio NY.
