Necar Zadegan, born in 1982 in Heidelberg and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, is an American actress of Iranian heritage whose work spans stage, television, film, and voice performance. She graduated with honors in Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and studied abroad at the Sorbonne. Fluent in four languages, she began with guest roles across multiple television series before performing in Persian-language theater and later making her Broadway debut in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo with Robin Williams. Zadegan has since taken on leading and recurring roles in long-running network productions, ensemble dramas, and genre-focused projects, collaborating with diverse casts in both U.S. and international contexts.
