Tadeo

Tadeo is a celebrity fitness trainer and owner of Cuerpaso. Tadeo played soccer professionally in his native Brazil and during the off season developed a signature workout routine he's branded as "Cuerpaso®," which incorporates his soccer-training drills and traditional Brazilian dance moves. Tadeo's goal is to continue spreading his philosophy of "fitness and nutrition for life" around the world, creating a holistic health revolution promoting mental and physical bliss. When not training top level executives, celebrities and athletes, Tadeo volunteers his time teaching and playing soccer with at-risk youth. Tadeo grew up around the world (Europe, the U.S. and Latin America) which instilled a global perspective and fluency in several languages. He attended University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) and University of Southern California (USC).
