Brandon Ficara

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in the seasonal beach community of Ocean City, New Jersey, Brandon used humor to combat the tribulations of life at an early age. Born with Sprangles Deformity, a condition that required major back surgery when he was three years old, Brandon used humor to combat pain and ostracism. His "unique look" would someday be the cornerstone of his act. While growing up just nine miles outside of Atlantic City, he was afforded the privilege of seeing comedy legends at an early age. Both of parents worked at the Sands Hotel and Casino, and they would bring him to see such sand-up comics as Billy Crystal, Jerry Seinfeld, Howie Mandel, Alan King and Richard Jeni. This exposure sparked an insatiable flame for stand-up comedy that still burns brightly in him. At the age of 21 Brandon moved to Charleston, South Carolina.
