Biography

The youngest of five children and the son of a retired truck driver and former accountant, the York, Pennsylvania native knew he was destined to become an actor as early as the age of seven. His performance in such works as "The King and I", "The Music Man' and "Oliver Twist" delighted audiences which continued from Children's Theatre productions and all the way through school. His passion for acting would prove to be undying and in 1995 he was accepted by the University of Maryland as a Theatre major and almost immediately landed several plum roles in some of the drama department's most important productions. It was while playing the role of "Kenickie" in the school's musical version of "Grease" that David was spotted by an Off Broadway producer and invited to audition for the lead in David Mamet's "American Buffalo".
