Biography

Nik Tyler was born and raised in New York City. He is the son of Emmy Winning "Law & Order" producer & director Lewis Gould and actress & playwright Elle Tyler (fka Ellen Whyte). Nik began his professional acting career at age three appearing in the feature film *batteries not included, Executive Produced by Steven Spielberg. His early acting and singing work included the Lifetime comedy series, "The Days & Nights of Molly Dodd" (Starring Blair Brown), two seasons performing with The New York City Opera at Lincoln Center, two consecutive seasons in the Mike Okrent/Susan Stroman Broadway production of "A Christmas Carol" (with Jesse Eisenberg, Paul Dano, Tony Randall & Ben Vereen) at The Theatre at Madison Square Garden, followed by two albums and multiple television appearances and live performances as a member of "The Broadway Kids".
