Helen's cooking style focuses on big, bold flavors, while always highlighting the main ingredient. Her culinary education came from her upbringing, having learned to cook from some of the best...her family, pros at feeding an army and cooking from the land. Through extensive travel in Europe and South America, Helen has learned the importance of sustainable agriculture and lifestyle. That way of life, coupled with her family-taught values, drive Helen's desire for excellence in her own catering and restaurant businesses.
