Biography

Kenneth Daron was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1953 with his given name, Kenneth D'addario. His family moved to Hollywood, FL at the age of 17. His father and mother owned and operated a automotive paint and body shop where he worked for several years. He started his acting career in 1980 in Miami, FL. He made an appearance in 3 episodes of the original Miami Vice TV Show and was also featured in some local films and commercials during that time period. He began amateur boxing in 1982 at the Allen Park Gym in North Miami Beach Florida. He won the Golden Gloves in 1983 in the 156 lb division. He did compete in some professional boxing matches including one fight featured on ESPN. He started recording his own songs in 1994 while in Nashville, TN. He has recorded over 25 original songs since that time which include 'Po Po Rap' and 'Tug Boat Annie'. He also wrote, recorded and produced a music video titled 'These Social Ills' that describes the horrors of Domestic Violence within relationships
