Biography

Maria Felipe is a Cuban-American born in Miami; she stands 5' 9" with a personality to match. Maria Felipe's dream has always been to become a successful actress and television personality and since Maria began pursuing these dreams they have come to life. Recently, Maria made history when she was hired as the First Latin Women Boxing Announcer and interviewer for Champions of boxing which was streamed live from Las Vegas every week over the internet. She announced the fights in both English and Spanish. In 2004 while commuting from Las Vegas to Miami while shooting her boxing show, she landed two National commercials as principle. And shot an independent film titled Street Survival playing the part of Yoly Mendez. She also has a principal part in a pilot Sitcom Cuando La Raza Arrasa. In 2003 Maria hosted along with Al Bernstein Miami Fight Night a series of fights that were taped live at the American Airlines Arena Miami. She interviewed the Golden Boy himself Oscar De La Hoya.
