Jeff Kopas

Born in Toronto, Canada, Jeff is an award-winning filmmaker. He is a graduate of Queens University, and has professional film training from the respected New York University's Tisch Film School. He has an international background in media business development. As a child filmmaking always intrigued him. When he was eight years old his father brought home the JVC Video MovieMaker, one of the first recreational home video cameras. Using this camera he made many stop motion short films as well as small documentaries. But it was not until the .com of 2001, when he was hired by an Online Broadcasting Company, that he started thinking seriously about becoming a full-time filmmaker. Although he was hired to do business development, his talents at production were recognized when he was asked to help out on a show.
