Married to Winnetta Nicholson. Born to Otis & Margaretta Nicholson. Scottie grew up in Rockingham, NC for the first seven years of his life. His family moved to Rochester, NY in 1984. Being bullied Scottie needed a way out of his new world. He needed an anger outlet and found his way into football. With his pent up aggression used on the football field he quickly became a NY state football star. After H.S. he played Division 1 football for San Diego State University. Scottie experienced one year of professional football. While pursuing his professional career, Scottie got his first acting gig as a photo double in The Longest Yard for Terry Crews . Having filmed for three months, Scottie took advantage and joined SAG immediately. With his extroverted personally Burt Reynolds took a liking to Scottie and mentored him.
