Nicolai Kielstrup

Nicolai was born on October 4th, 1991 - and he wasn't very old before his life was filled with music - and dance. Nicolai was 4, when he put on his dancing shoes for the first time. At first he danced traditional dances - later he went into show dance, funk and hip hop - and now he has also added ballet to the list. In 2002 Nicolai auditioned for the Legoland Showacademy - he was accepted and spent 2 good, learning years there. In 2003 some of his friends from the Academi participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest - and the night of the event, Nicolai was in the audience. After the show, Nicolai stated: I want to be on that stage! So he sat down and wrote lyrics for a song - got some help with the music - recorded a demo and a video. He sent this to the Danish Eurovison board, and lo and behold - he got in! Nicolai won the Danish contest - with maximum points.
