Biography

Jennie Floyd is an American actress. Born in Alabama, she has been singing and dancing since the age of three, and after retiring early from a successful business career in 2001, she appeared in a community theatre production of "Little Shop of Horrors" and has been acting ever since. Jennie was an excellent student and attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) on a full scholarship. She excelled at UAH, graduating Summa Cum Laud and winning awards for Most Outstanding Business Student and Management Student. Jennie has extensive credits on stage, in film and TV, and on the web. She has appeared in numerous student and short films, including award winners "Reflections of a Life" and "Death by Scrabble," a silent film in which she played the lead. Her first lead role in a feature film was in the all-improvised "Child of God," directed by independent auteur Alejandro Adams in San Jose.
