Biography

Kent Moran was born in New York City and raised in Connecticut. Following college, he began pursuing an acting and music career. After landing a few small roles in film and television in NY, Kent moved to Los Angeles. He soon booked some more roles in television as well as several roles playing James Dean. In 2008, Kent created his own production company, Wishing Well Pictures, and began to develop his own projects. In 2010, he wrote and starred in Wishing Well Pictures' first production, "Listen to Your Heart", a musical love story also starring Cybill Shepherd, Alexia Rasmussen and Ernie Sabella. Kent then starred in several other movies, including his directorial debut, the boxing drama, "The Challenger", also starring Michael Clarke Duncan, Justin Hartley and S. Epatha Merkerson. Both movies have gone on to win numerous awards. Kent now has several new projects in development under the Wishing Well Pictures label. He is also a singer/songwriter and author.
