Rio Kelley

Rio Kelley was born in Los Angeles to Robert and Genevieve Kelley. At age 2 her parents moved the family to Colorado Springs where she was raised in a small community called Security. An only child growing up in the 60's-70's her main focus was TV, Films, Music, and performing for her extended family. Ever since she was 6 years old she had only one dream, to act, sing and perform professionally. Her father told her that when she was 18 years old she could move back to Los Angeles and pursue that career, however since she was still a child, he did not have the right to determine her destiny. This was a very hard message for her to hear, for her only real dream was to be an actress. When she was 13 years old, she found the world of ice skating and proceeded to become a competitive ice dancer. This lasted until she was 17, at which time her parents ran out of the funds for her to continue skating and once again was thwarted at the expression of her creative talents. She never forgot thos
