Stella Stark

Stella Stark grew up in Moscow, where she was surrounded by acting, music, dance and other fine arts. Her first part in the United States was in a scene with Nicole Kidman in The Interpreter, which earned her a SAG card. Her roles that followed include playing opposite Mariska Hargitay in Law & Order: SVU, portraying Paul Giammati's young mother in flashback in Cold Souls (Sundance Grand Jury Prize nominee), appearing in Celebrity Ghost Stories in Michael Imperioli's episode, and many roles in works by the independent film community in NYC. In her teens, Stella found herself in Japan doing commercials, print and other media work for Shiseido cosmetics, the Marui department store, and Asahi beer, among other brands. She also appeared in Christmas shows and hosted European festivals across Japan.
