Biography

In New York where he began his acting career, Eli was awarded first prize in the NYC Board of Education inter-borough Spanish Drama competition and was runner up at the New York English Speaking Union's Shakespeare Oratory competition. From there he went on to work in the off-off Broadway productions of "Twelve Angry Man", "The Justs", (based on Albert Camus play) and "Why Love Lucy" with the Long Island Dinner Theater. He made his move to Los Angeles where he has also worked in theater as well as various short independent films which have had exposure on the film festival circuit. His feature film credit include the western genre "The Murder of Hi Good". In TV he has appeared on an episode of CSI Miami and Shark on CBS. As a producer he assisted in the film "Dysmorphia" directed by Dago Rodriguez, a film in a series of shorts that was presented for Showtime channel.
