Joshua Thomas Tolby was born on December 3rd, 1985 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He has acted alongside Lindsay Lohan in the film Just My Luck (2006), Bruce Willis in the film 16 Blocks (2006), and he played a jockey on the episode "Sport of Kings" on the show Law & Order (2005).
