Amanda Rowan

Founder and president of Star Flash Productions, Amanda Rowan, a San Francisco native, grew up in the entertainment business, performing and writing music from the age of three. Her father is Grammy Award-winning Blue Grass legend Peter Rowan. Amanda went on to pursue acting , training at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts,where she received her BFA in Theater. She spent a year in Ireland, performing at the Beckett Center in Dublin. She was featured in starring roles, playing Katherine in Shakespeare's "Henry V." Additional theater credits include , Brooke in "Noises Off" at the Marines Memorial Theater and Lynn in the Public Theater's production of "Red Herring." Amanda is now making her feature film debut in National Lampoon's Pledge This! (2006), with Paris Hilton. Amanda will also be seen in Fall 2005, in Law and Order: SVU and as Dave's girlfriend in the "Chappelle Show" on Comedy Central.
