Joshua J. Ballard

Joshua J. Ballard has come a long way from his Pert commercial at the tender age of two where he appeared in a Speedo with other muscle-bound men. His next appearance of note was in a stage production of 'Grease' at the age of five. Josh has appeared in several voice-overs and is the voice of Mune in the animated feature of the same name. He is also an accomplished singer and dancer; He won Best Junior Vocal at the Kiwanis Festival in 2007, 2009, and 2012 and was the winner of Junior Song & Dance at the Shine Festival in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012. Josh is a founding member of the OTW Hip Hop Crew and was the back-up dancer for My Name Is Kay at the WE festival, a back-up dancer for Marianas Trench, and a dancer in Disney's Desiree music video. His film Becoming Redwood (2012) won the Audience Award for Most Popular Canadian Film as well as Honourable Mention for Best Canadian Feature Film at the 2012 Vancouver Film Festival.
