Biography

Born in Mexico City, Sergio Díaz is today an important 'Sound Designer and Re-Recording Mixer' in the film industry. Throughout his career, he has managed to consolidate trough more than 80 movies with world class nominations. In 2019 was nominated for an OSCAR in the category of 'best sound editing' and winning the 'GOLDEN REEL AWARD' awarded by the 'Motion Picture Sound Editors' in Los Angeles, California for his collaboration in 'ROMA' the latest film by Alfonso Cuarón, as well in 2007, for his collaboration in "Pan's Labyrinth" by Guillermo del Toro.
