Biography

Amy D'Allessandro Stolz landed in Hollywood at the early age of 17, in 1995 when she won a scholarship to an acting school. She quickly began booking commercials and some roles in television series such as The X-Files and a recurring role in the Showtimes show Resurrection Boulevard as the role of Gloria. She also won two best actress awards for her role in the indie art film Letting Go for the role of Sara, a young girl who turns to a life of addiction to escape the sexual abuse she faced at home. Amy was part of the Actor Studio and later began her studies as a Writer and Director at UCLA where her passion for filmmaking became clear. For the past 9 years she worked in television in production Accounting, working on Marvel shows such as Agent Carter, Most Wanted and Agents of Shield, Sneaky Pete, Snowfall on FX, 68 Whiskey on Paramount Network, Noisy on Apple TV and most recently the Starz series Blindspotting.
