Jeffrey Kennedy

Jeffrey Scott Kennedy (born June 13, 1977) is an American actor, writer and producer. He is best known for playing the Captain of the Poughkeepsie State Flying Cougars in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. Jeff has also appeared in various television shows including One on One, Passions, Las Vegas, Cavemen, Kath & Kim and Vanished. In 2006, Jeff served as a Producer for the award-winning short film Twilight's Grace. He is also the writer and creator of the award-winning feature film screenplay Totem. Jeff serves as Managing Partner for Irish Rover Entertainment, a Los Angeles based film and television production company specializing in the financing and development of various intellectual properties. Jeff was born in South Bend, Indiana. He is of Irish descent. His father Machiel (Mike) Kennedy and mother Janet Elkins (Flynn) raised Jeff and his two younger sisters in South Bend and later in nearby Indianapolis. From a young age, Jeff enjoyed creative writing, movies and drawing; holdi
