Tara Martell

Tara Martell grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Ursuline Academy, a private school just outside of Boston. She studied Biology at Northeastern University, but decided to move to NYC to pursue acting. Tara booked her first commercial two weeks after moving to the city, and studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, the Caroline Thomas Total Theatre Lab and the School for Film and Television. Plays include the lead role of "Joan" in the play "HOME" at the Village Playwrights Theatre. Television roles include "Deadline", "Oz","Third Watch", "Ugly Betty," "Law &Order Criminal Intent" and "Law and Order SVU." Film projects include "The Bounty Hunter" and "#Lucky Number."
