Rodrigo Lima

Rodrigo Lima (1975, Brazil) is a film editor and director whose career is rooted in long-term collaborations within Brazilian cinema. Since 2006, he has worked closely with Júlio Bressane, editing all his subsequent films and contributing to a consistent dialogue between form and experimentation. His editing work includes features that circulated in international festivals, consolidating his presence in contemporary film production. In 2015, he directed his first feature, *O Espelho*, premiered in Locarno. In 2023, he co-directed *The Long Voyage of the Yellow Bus*, a documentary that revisits six decades of Bressane’s filmmaking, presented at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
