Biography

Miss Guy is best known as a cutting-edge songwriter and solo artist, as the lead singer of Toilet Boys, and as "a pioneer in the DJ world" (Marc Spitz/Spin). Born in Southern California, Miss Guy grew up in the Rock scene of New York City with mentors including Deborah Harry and Boy George. Miss Guy's solo EP "Dumb Blonde", produced by Barbara Jean Morrison and Charles W. Nieland, was released worldwide in 2012. His creative and provocative music videos for Dumb Blonde, Sometimes, Don't Stop, and Take It Off have received significant media attention. His recent holiday release "Merry Effin' Christmas" quickly became the tune for holiday season 2012. Miss Guy co-wrote the hit single "Charm Alarm" with Deborah Harry, which was certified gold. He co-produced the Blondie hit "In the Flesh" with Super Buddha and co-wrote "Stay Away from Pretty Boys" with Boy George.
