Biography

Christy Johnson is an up-and-coming triple threat in the film, stage, and music industries. She has been submerged in the arts since she was signed to Marilyn's Model and Talent Agency at six months old and started off in print modeling and pageants. She went on to acquire the title of Miss Greensboro. She landed her first leading role in community theatre in sixth grade and soon fell in love with musical theatre, which she studied through high school and college before earning her MA and BA from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. The UNCG Alumni Association honored her with the Young Alumni Award for her accomplishments in the industry. She has performed in several professional musical theatre productions, though her current acting concentration is focused on film, television, commercials and music videos.
