Biography

Cynthia Evans fell in love with acting at 15 years old when she performed in her first school play. She studied music and theatre at Furman University before transferring to UAB lured by a larger scholarship. She earned her BA in Theatre there and then moved to New York to study the Sanford Meisner Acting technique at the prestigious William Esper Studio. After graduating from there, she moved home to care for her grandfather. She ended up in Atlanta, GA, and luckily, the film industry seemed to follow! Cynthia has forged a successful acting career while based in Atlanta. She has appeared in hundreds of film, television, theatrical, commercial, and industrial productions. She is starring in a movie called Killer Night Watch that premiers August 25 on Lifetime. And she just wrapped a supporting lead role in the feature film, Five Feet Apart, that will be in theaters everywhere March 2019.
