Biography

Thomas Ernst, born in Denmark, catapulted into showbiz at the age of 6, appearing in a string of Danish nationally acclaimed theatre plays. Thomas landed his big Danish break-through role as Jonas in Nils Malmros' movie ''Aching Hearts'' (2009). Shooting was planned over a period of three years so the young actors would be aging believably during the film. For his masterfully-acted part, Thomas earned a ROBERT Award nomination (Danish "Oscar") for best leading actor. Thomas has since then starred in multiple Danish film and TV projects. In 2016 Thomas decided to move across the pond to pursue an international acting career. Thomas, now based out of LA, recently finished filming for the role of Olaf Ludvigsen in Damien Chazelle's "Babylon" (2022).
