Biography

Tim Kubart found his love for children's music while volunteering at an NYC homeless shelter for women and children during college. He won the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Children's Album, for his independently released and fifth album for families, "Home". Tim spent 2013-2017 as a Host/Writer/Producer of the twice Emmy Nominated "Sunny Side Up", the only LIVE morning show for pre-schoolers, on NBCUniversal's Sprout Channel (now UniversalKids). He logged over 400 hours of live on air television experience, out of 30 Rock, and at the same time was one of the writer/producers of the daily original age-appropriate content, including songs and sketches alongside special guests, some favorites being Julie Andrews, Pentatonix, Tim Gunn, Astronaut Chris Hadfield, and First Lady Michelle Obama.
