Jim Dougherty

Jim is a character actor who studied theatre and film at Indiana University. He spent several years in Chicago training as a stuntman under John Hicks Pearce, and helped develop The Chicago Stunt Team. He also attended and managed The Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts for several years. Jim's early film work started with precision driving for Nora Ephron's film Michael. Jim appeared early on in his career on Discovery Channel, the SyFy Channel and on screen opposite Emmy winner Margo Martindale in the film Scalene. In 2016 Jim moved to Atlanta to work in the growing entertainment industry as an actor, editor, DP and instructor. Since his move Jim has booked roles in Marvel's The Gifted, ABC's Kevin Probably Saves the World, Netflix House of Cards and Ozark, CBS' The Inspector's and NBC's Chicago PD along with the NatGeo TV Movie Killing Reagan, to name a few.
