Biography

Steve Bodow is Executive Producer of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, following 13 years at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart as an Executive Producer, Head Writer and staff writer. Since joining the show in 2002, he has won 13 primetime Emmys and a Peabody Award. Steve also co-wrote and co-edited the Daily Show's two #1 best-sellers, America: The Book (2004) and Earth: The Book (2010). Steve is a founder and former co-artistic director of the renowned New York theater company Elevator Repair Service, best known for Gatz, the Obie-winning, marathon full-text staging of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby. Gatz played two sold-out and extended runs at New York's Public Theater, and has toured to more than 20 cities internationally. Steve is co-creator and EP of the game show Werewolf (pilot, Fox). With Kurt Andersen, he co-created and EP'd "King's County", a radio variety show for WNYC.
