Mitchell Gutman

Mitchell Gutman is the President of Kilometres Per Litre, Ltd. (Vancouver, BC) and Miles Per Gallon, Inc. (Los Angeles, CA), two sister companies that create a variety of original, multi-platform content and specialize in comprehensive production and location management services. A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, Mr. Gutman holds a BA in English from UC Berkeley and an MFA in Film from Columbia University. After moving to Los Angeles from New York in 2008, he worked as a development executive in both film and television and taught at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and the New York Film Academy, before going back to production full time as a Producer, Location Manager, and Assistant Director. Upon formation of the dual corporations in 2017, he moved back to Vancouver and joined the Director's Guild of Canada, as well as the Location Managers Guild International.
