Jerry Buys is best known for his roles as Secret Service on The West Wing (1999) and FBI Bodyguard for Attorney General Troy Hatcher Ving Rhames on The District (2000). His popularity grew quickly as numerous TV shows and movie directors were drawn to his unique and sophisticated looks and eagerly placed him in featured scenes. On his very first day of The West Wing (1999) Martin Sheen was immediately drawn to him and declared him the newest member of the cast - even going so far as to include him in an official cast photo.
