Daniel T. Thomsen

Daniel T. Thomsen is an American television writer and producer. He began his writing career on network drama, with his first credit on a CBS crime show. He later joined a Fox science-fiction staff, contributing multiple scripts. Over time, he advanced to editorial and producing roles on an ABC fantasy/mystery series, combining writing with story-editing responsibilities. He co-wrote for an HBO science-fiction series alongside a fellow writer, working within a writers’ room process. He also developed pilot scripts and served as a story consultant for a streaming animated fantasy project. In his current capacity, he co-leads a network drama as co-showrunner.
