Biography

Born in Rapid City, South Dakota, Robert E. Zimiga, Jr., a member of the Oglala Sioux tribe, was instilled with a strong understanding and respect for his Lakota Sioux Native American heritage. After having recently worked in New York City on various Productions, Robert returned to Los Angeles to further his career in Filmmaking. One of his most recent, and controversial works was with the Arab news network Al-Jazeera Satellite Network as an Associate Producer for a documentary on 9-11. Robert has also worked on various shows such as, Barbara Walters "10 most Fascinating People", and numerous press junkets for major motion pictures. His diverse work schedule within the industry has given him an interesting perspective, and knowledge of many parts of our industry.
