Rob Word

Television writer/producer Rob Word has held senior management positions at PaxTV Network, Orion, ITC, Qintex, Hal Roach Studios, Filmways, CST Entertainment and as a senior producer and creative consultant for Columbia TriStar, Lionsgate, MGM-UA, GetTV and Starz/Encore Media. While serving as Executive Vice President at Insight Films, the company produced and delivered 30+ TV movies a year. Word also developed and executive produced Insight's series Painkiller Jane, based on the popular graphic novel, for the SyFy Channel. As Sr. Vice President Programming & Production for the PAX Television Network, Rob oversaw the production and development of dozens of prime time series including the swashbuckling adventure series Young Blades starring Bruce Boxleitner. Rob developed and produced 65 half-hour episodes of the cartoon series Totally Tooned In, for Columbia TriStar International Television.
