Biography

Most recognizably, Steve Wilcox starred in Edward James Olmos' cult classic "American Me" before being asked to co-star in Tupac Shakur's very last film "Gang Related." He later went on to star in "Hang Your Dog in The Wind," winning the Audience Award at the Florida International Film Festival and played opposite John Travolta in the controversial film "White Man's Burden." A near-nom for the Oscars, Wilcox co-starred as the infamous killer in Alberto Arvelos's "The Liberator" opposite Edgar Ramirez after becoming known in Latin America as "El Gringo" in Venezuela's largest grossing film of all time, "The Zero Hour." He later played the back-stabbing journalist in "La Entrega," a Bolivian miniseries capturing the underground world of sex trafficking.
