Wendi De Barros

Wendi De Barros shot right out of the birth canal on to the stage. She comes from a long line of performers. Her mother, LaDonna De Barros (Small Things) is also an actress. Her parents, Phil (aka Fernando) and La Donna de Barros met at a local playhouse in Huntington Beach, CA. While her late actor-director, father, Phil de Barros (I am the Law, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Desperate Housewives) was playing, "Starbuck" in the Rainmaker. As if that weren't enough of the acting bug coursing through her veins, she's the granddaughter of the actress, Barbara Leonard (Men of the North, One Hour With You) of 20's and 30's fame. Her great uncle, Marcus Turk was a stunt man. And she is a direct descendant of the Opera Singer, Antonieta Fleury de Barros. In a previous life (aka her lengthy hiatus) she worked as the Media Center Operator at KABCTV.
