Leighton Meester

Leighton Meester is an American actress, singer, and model whose career spans television, film, and music. She began acting as a child in New York City after attending the Professional Children’s School and working as a model. Early screen work included guest and recurring roles in network series before achieving prominence in the CW drama Gossip Girl, where she portrayed Blair Waldorf, a role that earned her Teen Choice Awards. Meester has performed in comedies, thrillers, and independent productions, and voiced roles in animation. In music, she has released singles, collaborated with other artists, contributed to soundtracks, and independently produced her debut album Heartstrings. She has modeled for international brands and participated in several charitable campaigns, including long-term work with Feeding America.
