Nicholas Braun

Nicholas Braun is an American actor and musician, known for his versatility in comedy and drama. Encouraged by his father, also an actor, Braun began taking acting classes at a very young age. He started his career with roles in teen productions like Sky High (2005), Minutemen (2008), and Princess Protection Program (2009). He had a recurring role in the series 10 Things I Hate About You (2009-2010) and appeared in the coming-of-age drama The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012). However, his international breakthrough came in 2018 with HBO’s acclaimed series Succession, where he played Greg Hirsch—a role that earned him three Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor (2020, 2022, 2023). Later, he starred in Cat Person (2023) and joined the cast of the biographical comedy Saturday Night (2024). Braun has also ventured into music and has mentioned that his height (he stands over 6'6") has been his biggest obstacle in landing roles. Known for his comedic timing and strong screen presence, he has established himself as one of the most reliable actors of his generation.
