Biography

Jayleen Sun was born in Los Angeles, California, and raised by her mother and show-business father. She started out in acting, as a child in the feature film, Anna and the King, starring Yul Brynner. She received her first, official acting role in M*A*S*H, portraying a young Korean child, coming to the aid of Hawkeye (portrayed by Alan Alda), after he's involved in a jeep accident, resulting in a concussion. Ms. Sun continued to do child acting, and went on to become a stunt performer, as an adult. She had the honor and pleasure of working alongside legendary actors and actresses, such as, Bette Davis (in Return to Witch Mountain), Brandon Lee (in Showdown in Little Tokyo), and River Phoenix and Sidney Poitier (in Little Nikita), among many others.
