Angela Staines

Angela Staines first started modeling at age nineteen. Among the notable brands that Angela modeled for are Jet Jeans, Tetley Beer, Double Diamond, Atari Video Games, and London Pride Beer. Angela achieved her greatest enduring cult cinema fame with her brief, but memorable role as one half of the Tonnika sisters in the Mos Eisley cantina in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977). (Angela's friend and fellow model Christine Hewett played the other Tonnika sister.) Staines eventually got married and moved to the United States with her husband in 1977. She's the mother of three sons.
