Marco Soriano

Marco was born to Italian immigrants in the town he still calls home: Vancouver BC, Canada. Since obtaining his BFA from SFU in 1997 and his teaching degree in 1998, Marco has performed on stage, screen and in the classroom. Apart from his film credits here, Marco works regularly as a voice artist with many credits including radio ads, animation (both dubbing and original voice). Marco has performed on stages locally, nationally and internationally. Some favourite theatre credits include Theatre Replacement's critically acclaimed Bio Boxes, Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast (WCT), Prior in Angels in America, Judas in Corpus Christi (both Hoarse Raven), Tony in Shear Madness (Art's Club) and the Emcee in Cabaret (DSR). Marco is a founding member of BellaLuna Productions, Western Canada's only Italian Theatre company. His first play, Two Sisters, was produced by LaLuna Productions in 2006, and Marco has had several opportunities to perform pieces of his one man shows Mamma and The Second C
