Michael Sorich

Michael John Sorich is an American actor, director and writer who is known for voicing the Tar Monster and the Cotton Candy Glob from Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed as well as dozens of roles from the Power Rangers franchise, Gen from Street Fighter and Fidel Castro in Seinfeld and Married with Children.
