Biography

Matt Sigloch started in Film and TV, after graduating with honors from Valley Forge Military Academy, and retiring from the Marine Corps after 22 years of active duty service as a Master Sergeant. He started from the bottom as a non-union extra. His hard work and determination was soon rewarded as he became a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He began doing stunt work, got an agent, and soon after was enjoying the success that determination can bring. After landing a role on the TV pilot of JAG (1995), he realized all of his military and tactical training could be utilized in the industry. He approached Donald P. Bellisario, who was the creator, director, writer, executive producer of JAG (1995) about a job as a Military Technical Advisor. Donald P. Bellisario hired Sigloch and he stayed for the entire run of 10 seasons (227 episodes). After JAG (1995) ended, he formed a company, Sigloch Military-Tactical (SMTI), of which he is CEO.
