Biography

Growing up in New York City offered David Sheinkopf varied opportunities for creative expression. Appearances in television commercials such as the National Dairy Board Milk which lasted for over 5 years, and soap operas, As the World Turns and Another World. By his late teens, he felt the need to spread his wings and move to Los Angeles. At 19 he was starring in the hit series Falcon Crest, opposite Carla Gugino and Gregory Harrison, in a part he landed a month after hitting town. He continued doing pilots "The Dictator" with Christopher Lloyd and Deborah Rush, "Blade Squad", from writer W. Peter Iliff (Patriot Games, Point Break, Varsity Blues) and director Ralph Hemacker (Once Upon a Time, Blue Bloods, The Flash) and guest appearances on Diagnosis Murder, Party of Five (opposite Brittany Murphy), JAG and others.
