Biography

David MacDowell trained at Langside college for one year and then went on to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and drama to study for the batchelor of arts degree. Since graduating he has been involved in a number of theatrical tours, with companies such as "hopscotch","baldy bane" and "inter-act". His theatre credits include "kennedy's children", "oleanna", "merlin", "live like pigs", "talk radio", "the childrens hour", "H", "the white bird passes", "slogan", "tests", "macbeth", "a midsummer night's dream" and many more. His film credits include playing "Fabio" in "Small Faces", "David Corey" in "Postmortem", "Michael" in "Bodyshifters", and "Chris" in "Bad Boys". He has also appeared on "Taggart", "F.O.T", "Around Scotland", and commercials for the Greater Glasgow Health Board.
