Delilah van Eyck

Delilah van Eyck (married surname: Warcup - van Eyck) is a Dutch actress with an international background, working mostly in television. Her grandparents were of Indonesian, Dutch, Surinamese (part Creole, part Chinese) and German descent. Her nationality is Dutch (her parents met and married in The Netherlands) but for most of her first 16 years she lived abroad for her father's work as a leading tropical agriculturalist. She attended international schools during all of her secondary education and graduated with an International Baccalaureate. She then moved to Amsterdam to study English and later art history at the University of Amsterdam, but diverted into theater classes before completing these studies. After courses at local theater school De Trap in Amsterdam she auditioned for and was accepted at both the theater director's program at the Amsterdam University of the Arts as well as the ArtEZ School of Acting in Arnheim. She went on to graduate from the latter four year program
