Biography

Mikki Val was born in Flint, Michigan. She fell in love with acting at the age of 15 when she attended Weist Barron Commercial school in Detroit, Michigan. From that revelatory moment she decided to pursue acting as a career. After graduating high school Mikki came to Los Angeles and attended the prestigious Inner City Cultural Center for Performing Arts where she honed her acting, singing, and dancing skills for the roles she would soon undertake. Carroll O'Connor gave Mikki her first speaking role on the hit series "In the Heat of the Night". Imbued with confidence, Mikki went on to capture high profile/leading roles in "Out All Night" with Patti Labelle, "Poetic Justice" with Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur. She also had various roles to follow in television and film such as "House Party 3", Silk Stalkings, The Young and the Restless", and many, many more.
